Guncha Dev ("we", "us", "our") operates the Balloon Pop mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your choices.
Balloon Pop does not require account creation. We collect the following categories of data:
The App uses Google AdMob to display banner and rewarded advertisements. Before personalized ads are shown, users in applicable regions (e.g., EU under GDPR) are presented with a consent choice via the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK. On iOS, App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission is also requested.
If you decline personalized advertising, only non-personalized (contextual) ads are shown. You can change your ad preferences at any time from the Info screen within the App.
AdMob's data practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
The App integrates the following third-party services:
Local game data (preferences, progress, purchase records) is stored on your device indefinitely and can be cleared by uninstalling the App or clearing app data in your device settings.
Leaderboard data stored on our cloud database is retained until you request deletion (see Data Deletion).
Balloon Pop is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at develop@guncha.dev.

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all network communication and row-level security on our cloud database. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

By downloading, installing, or using Balloon Pop (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms.
The App offers optional in-app purchases including virtual currency (diamonds) and ad removal. All in-game items are digital goods with no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, traded, or exchanged outside the App.
Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's Terms of Service and refund policies. You may restore previously purchased non-consumable items using the "Restore Purchases" feature in the App's Info screen.
Diamonds, power-ups, and other virtual items have no cash value. We reserve the right to manage, regulate, modify, or remove virtual items at our sole discretion. We are not liable for any loss of virtual items.
You agree not to:
All content in the App — including graphics, sounds, code, and game design — is owned by Guncha Dev or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
If you use online leaderboard features, you agree to use an appropriate display name. We reserve the right to remove leaderboard entries or restrict access for abuse.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guncha Dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of virtual items, data, or game progress.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App or any features at any time, with or without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App is immediately revoked.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Guncha Dev operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
